摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对老年高血压患者的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月滨州医学院附属医院收治的老年原发性高血压患者74例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组血压水平、服药依从性及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SBP、DBP水平低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组Morisky服药依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组Morisky服药依从性评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。结论:对老年高血压患者应用综合护理干预能够有效提高患者服药依从性,确保其降压效果,患者护理满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly hypertensive patients.Methods:Seventy-four cases of elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of thirty-seven cases each by using the randomized numerical table method.The control group used conventional nursing,and the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention.The two groups were compared in terms of blood pressure level,medication adherence and nursing satisfaction.Results:Before nursing,the levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the levels of SBP and DBP of the two groups were lower than that before nursing,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,Morisky medication adherence scores of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,Morisky medication adherence scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly hypertensive patients can effectively improve patients'adherence to medication,ensure their antihypertensive effect,and patients'nursing satisfaction is high.
