摘要
做好新冠肺炎常态化防控,共同维护校园卫生健康环境,切实保障广大师生生命安全和身心健康,是新冠疫情期间学校头等大事。文章总结了中国药科大学防控核心工作之一的集中医学观察,该工作主要由学校综合门诊部负责,通过加强组织领导、明确观察对象、配备观察物资、建立绿色通道、规范处置流程的措施,分析集中医学观察具有的工作持续性、责任严峻性、要求多样性、用药复杂性、消杀重要性、沟通迫切性、制度严谨性、部门协同性、报告及时性等特点,为全国高校集中医学观察工作提供参考。
To do a good job of COVID-19 normalization prevention and control to jointly maintain the healthy environment of the campus and ensure the life safety and physical and mental health of the majority of teachers and students is the top priority of the school during COVID-19 epidemic. This article summarizes the centralized medical observation which is one of the core work of prevention and control in China Pharmaceutical University. It is mainly in the charge of General Outpatient Department. Through strengthening the organization and leadership, specifying the observation objects, equipping the observation materials, establishing the green channel and standardizing the disposal process, the article analyzes the characteristics of the centralized medical observation, such as work continuity, severe responsibility, diversity of requirements, complexity of drug use, importance of elimination, urgency of communication,strictness of system, coordination of departments and timeliness of reports, so as to provide reference for the centralized medical observation work of universities throughout the country.
