摘要
唇腭裂是最常见的先天颅面部畸形,现已发展出成熟的序列治疗方案,婴幼儿Ⅰ期手术前的正畸治疗便是其中重要一环。现今常用的婴儿术前正畸装置种类繁多,可分为主动装置及被动装置。常用的主动装置有鼻齿槽嵴矫治器、Latham装置等。常用的被动装置有Hotz板、Necil装置等。它们通常具有在Ⅰ期唇裂修复术前缩小牙槽裂隙、改善唇鼻畸形等作用。但同时具有影响面中部发育、花费较高等问题。本文将对唇腭裂术前正畸装置进展做一综述。
Cleft lip and palate is the most common congenital craniofacial deformity.Mature sequence therapy protocols have been developed nowadays.The presurgical infant orthopedics(PSIO)plays an important role in it.There are various kinds of presurgical infant orthopedics,including active and passive devices.Traditional active devices include Nasoalveolar molding appliances,Latham device,etc.Traditional passive devices compose of Hotz palate,Mc Necil device and so on.PSIO have the advantages on alveolar cleft reduction,and nose deformities improvement.However,there are also many problems like influence on the development of middle face,economical burdens and so on.This paper will review the progress of presurgical infant orthopedics in the treatment of cleft lip and palate.
