A literature review on screening tools for hospitalized children nutritional risk

摘要 营养风险是指现存的或潜在的与营养因素有关的导致患者出现不良结局的风险[1]。住院患儿营养不良的发生率高达15%~30%[2]。患儿的营养不良是一种严重的病理状况,会增加感染风险及术后并发症发生、伤口愈合的延迟[3-8],导致儿童期神经发育、行为习惯、先天缺陷[9-10]。为了尽可能地减少营养不良对患儿带来的不利影响,进行营养风险筛查是必要的。
