不同营养状态光明区全面发育迟缓儿童的现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis of total developmental retardation in children with different nutritional status in Guangming area

摘要 目的对不同营养状态光明区全面发育迟缓儿童的现状进行调查分析。方法纳入深圳市光明区妇幼保健院2021年3月-2022年8月符合入选标准的全面发育迟缓儿童160例,用儿童营养风险筛查量表(STAMP)评估,并根据营养状况分为营养正常组和营养不良组。结果营养正常组142例(88.75%),营养不良组18例(11.25%)。营养正常组每日能量、蛋白质和脂肪摄入量均高于营养不良组(P<0.05)。营养正常组每日锌、铁、维生素A、维生素C、维生素B1和维生素B2摄入量均高于营养不良组(P<0.05)。结论光明区全面发育迟缓儿童中普遍存在能量与营养素摄入不均衡的情况,尤其是营养不良组患儿,因此给予合理的营养支持将有利于全面发育迟缓儿童的生长发育。 Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of children with total developmental retardation in Guangming area with different nutritional status.Method A total of 160 children with total stunting who met the inclusion criteria in Shenzhen Guangming Maternity&Child Healthcare Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were enrolled.The Children's Nutritional Risk Screening Scale(STAMP)was used to assess the children's nutritional status and divided into normal nutrition group and malnutrition group according to their nutritional status.Results There were 142 cases(88.75%)in the normal nutrition group and 18 cases(11.25%)in the malnutrition group.The daily intakes of energy,protein and fat in the normal nutrition group were higher than those in the malnutrition group(P<0.05).The daily intakes of zinc,iron,vitamin A,vitamin C,vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 in the normal nutrition group were higher than those in the malnutrition group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a general imbalance of energy and nutrient intake in children with global stunting in Guangming area,especially in children with malnutrition.Therefore,reasonable nutritional support will be beneficial to the growth and development of children with total stunting.
