摘要
学生工作是高校人才培养的重要组成部分,也是高校“三全育人”综合改革的重要内容。“三全育人”理念决定和影响了学生工作的主体、内容和场域,为建构学生工作课程体系提供了行动方向和根本遵循。建构学生工作课程体系,有利于整合校内校外优质人力资源形成“全员育人”,有利于系统设计大学四年学生工作形成“全过程育人”,有利于推进教管服一体化形成“全方位育人”。“三全育人”视域下的学生工作课程体系的构建,应坚持“系统化、标准化、规范化和开放化”的原则,以“显性课程+隐性课程”的思路,以“目标体系、内容体系、教材体系、运行体系、评价体系、保障体系”六位一体建设为主要内容,立足推进“三全育人”格局有效形成,从而全面提升学生工作科学化。
Student work is an important part of talent training in colleges and universities, as well as an important content of comprehensive reform of "three all-round education". The concept of "three all-round education" determines and influences the subject, content and field of students’ work, and provides action direction and fundamental follow for the construction of students’ work curriculum system. The construction of student work curriculum system is conducive to the integration of high-quality human resources inside and outside the school, the formation of "all-round education", the systematic design of four-year student work in the University, the formation of "whole process education", and the promotion of the integration of education, management and service, and the formation of "all-round education". The construction of student work curriculum system from the perspective of "three all-round education" should adhere to the principle of "systematization, standardization, standardization and openness", take the idea of "explicit curriculum +implicit curriculum" and the six in one construction of "objective system, content system, teaching material system, operation system, evaluation system and guarantee system" as the main content, and promote the effective formation of the pattern of "three all-round education", so as to comprehensively improve the scientific operation of student work.
