摘要
高校学生干部是学生组织建设和组成的核心,在各类学生组织中发挥着重要的作用,是直接实现学生自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的主体力量。江西服装学院的学生干部,既有其他高校学生干部的共性,又有本校的一般特性。本文结合新形势下的实际情况,就如何加强我校学生干部队伍建设,进行了深入思考和研究。
Student cadres are the core of the construction and composition of student organizations.They play an important role in all kinds of student organizations.They are the main force to realize students’self-management,self-education and self-service.The student cadres of Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology have not only the common characteristics of student cadres from other universities,but also the general characteristics of our school.Based on the actual situation under the new situation,this article has conducted in-depth thinking and research on how to strengthen the construction of the student cadre team of our school.
