摘要
随着高等教育的快速发展,选拔优秀的学生骨干担任助理班主任工作是各大高校在新形势下加强和改进学生教育管理工作的有益探索。在总结学生助理带班制度的经验与不足的基础上,引入了隶属于企业内部分析方法的SWOT法,分析学生助理班主任在实践中取得的成绩和存在的问题,并提出解决策略,以期更好地指导和加强队伍建设,引领学生成长成才。
With the rapid development of higher education,it is a beneficial exploration for colleges and universities to strengthen and improve the management of student education under the new situation by selecting outstanding student backbones as assistant head teachers.On the basis of summing up the experience and deficiency of the student assistant class system,this paper introduces the SWOT method,which is subordinate to the internal analysis method of the enterprise.It uses this method to analyze the achievements and existing problems of the student assistant head teacher in practice,and puts forward the solving strategies,so as to better guide and strengthen the team construction,and lead the students to grow into talents.
