基于马斯洛需求理论的广义个性化就业指导策略 被引量:5

摘要 就业关系到毕业生未来职业生涯的稳定、事业的发展,也关系企业人才竞争的成败。因此,只有以马斯洛需求理论为支点,在充分分析个性化就业指导的意义、现实基础和存在问题的基础上,积极实施"以人为本"、"相进相长"、"统一跟进"、"立体指导"、"靶向追踪"等基本策略,才能满足就业相关利益方的合理需求。
