摘要
高等教育高质量发展是国家经济和社会发展的客观趋向,开放大学是高等教育体系的重要组成部分,开放大学高质量发展是我国建设高质量教育体系、实现高等教育高质量发展的重要一环。开放大学高质量发展应坚持新的发展观、新的质量观、新的人才观和新的体系观,紧紧围绕人才培养高质量发展这一重心,深入推进人才培养模式改革,要着力从人才培养的五个关键要素创新机制、理顺体系、深入研究、有序落实,形成新发展格局,切实推动我国开放大学高质量发展。
The high-quality development of higher education is the objective trend of the country’s economic and social development.The Open University is an important part of the higher education system.The high-quality development of the Open University is also an important part of China’s construction of a high-quality education system and the realization of high-quality development of higher education.The high-quality development of the Open University should adhere to a new conception of development,a new conception of quality,a new conception of talent,and a new concept of system.Closely embracing the focus of high-quality development of talent training and deepening the reform of talent training mode,the Open University should put effort on the innovative mechanism of five key elements of talent training,straightening out the system,conducting in-depth research,and implementing it in an orderly manner to form a new development pattern and effectively promote the high-quality development of Open University in China.
