摘要
高等教育高质量发展是学术界热门话题之一,它既是一种新的发展目标,也是一种新的发展模式。然而,追求新发展目标和践行新发展模式是有条件的。本文认为,高等教育高质量发展必须以构建相应的质量文化为前提,以不断追求卓越作为其努力方向和基本原则,将重视教师发展、促进教学改革作为核心内容。
High-quality development of higher education is one of the burning topics in the academic circle.It is regarded not only as a new goal,but also a new mode in the development of China's higher education.However,the goal pursuit and the mode in practice require premises that need to shape a corresponding quality culture,to take a continuous pursuit of excellence as its direction and basic principle,and put the faculty development and teaching reform on the top of high-quality development.
