摘要 贵州省作为西部地区生态环境基础较好的省份,其自身具有一定的优势产业,这是该省高等教育快速发展的一个重要结合点。茅台学院是教育部批准的普通民办高校,围绕酿酒产业链布局专业,以培养学生创新能力为导向,实施"5+3"产教融合协同育人模式,探索了人才培养途径,解决了企业用人需求"专、精"与一般高校人才培养相对"泛、粗"间的壁垒,服务黔北地区经济社会发展。 Guizhou Province,as a province with good ecological environment foundation in the western region,had certain advantageous industries,which was an important combination of the rapid development of higher education in the province.Moutai institute was an ordinary private university approved by the Ministry of Education.Focusing on the layout of the wine industry chain,it implemented the"5+3"collaborative education mode of integration of production and education to cultivate students’innovation ability,explored some ways of talent cultivation,and solved the barriers between the"specialized and refined"talent demand of enterprises and the"extensive and coarse"talent cultivation of general universities,serving the economic and social development of northern Guizhou Province.
