摘要
简要分析2020~2021年六盘水市“双十工程”两轮排查中企业在日常管理和生产运营中凸显的生态环境问题,通过指导企业科学制定“一厂一策”整治方案,督促责任主体实施规范化管理,构建六盘水市污染防治长效机制,以治理实际成效促进贵州省节能减排行动向纵深推进,为实现贵州省生态建设可持续发展打下更为坚实的生态环境基础。
This paper briefly analyzes the ecological and environmental problems highlighted by the enterprises in the daily management and production operation during the two rounds of investigation of the double ten project in Liupanshui City from 2020 to 2021, guides the enterprises to scientifically formulate the "one factory and one policy" remediation plan, urges the responsible subjects to implement standardized management, and constructs a long-term mechanism for pollution prevention and control in Liupanshui City, so as to promote the in-depth promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction in Guizhou Province with the actual results of governance, To lay a more solid ecological environment foundation for the sustainable development of ecological construction in Guizhou Province.
