摘要
不同的质量观、质量理念会导致对大学的不同评价,同时也会引导现实中的大学走向不同的发展方向。质量话语一旦成为衡量大学成功与否的标杆,大学发展便面临倒向质量话语一端的风险。"卓越"的大学与平庸的教育是现代大学在质量话语体系之下应警惕的陷阱。现代大学只有重拾对人生意义的追求、回归教育的本质、在人文传统和质量话语之间保持一种微妙的平衡,才能超越质量话语的藩篱,确保对学生成长产生真正高等的教育影响。
Different concepts or ideas about the quality of university would lead us to different evaluations of college and also guide the university toward different directions of development.In terms of the quality of university, we should adopt adiversified perspective.Not only should we concern about those content which can be used to evaluate the quality of discourse,but also more meaningful aspects: the humanistictraditionof university in terms of human development.Avoid the completely backwarddevelopment of university to the quality of discourse.In order to ensure the real educational value for its students, university must regain the pursuit of the meaning of life and find a delicate balance between the quality of discourse and the humanistic tradition .
