摘要
通过比对复盘、总结及反思间的差异,引出复盘的基本内涵,提出基于班本复盘、课程组复盘和教研部复盘的层级架构课程管理复盘模式,基于回顾目标、比对结果、剖析过程及总结经验的四步进阶式课程复盘操作流程,分析了课程复盘的成效。通过课程复盘实践,可以实现计算机通识课程不断迭代优化,有助于教师教学能力及教学绩效持续提升,促进课程思政落地。
We work out the primary connotation of replay by comparing the differences between replay,summary and reflection.Then we propose a curriculum management mode of replay based on the layered structure consisting of class replay,curriculum group replay and the replay by teaching and research section.The effect of curriculum replay is also analyzed according to the four-step course replay operation process of reviewing goals,comparing the results,ana-lyzing the process and summarizing the experience.Through the practice of curriculum replay,continuous iterative opti-mization of computer general courses can be realized,which can help teachers continuously improve their teaching abil-ity and teaching performance and promote the implementation of ideological and political education in computer general courses.
