摘要
本文利用了深孔定向钻机的施工工艺特点,在东庞矿深部水平区域采掘工作面进行风动孔底螺杆马达定向钻进技术研究,总结出一套适合该矿煤岩结构特点的钻探工艺和可行的近水平长距离煤岩钻孔技术施工方案。结果表明,采用该钻机所施工的顺层瓦斯抽采定向钻孔相对于底板穿层钻孔可节约513.42万元;节约工期7.75个月;减少了钻孔工程量,提供了一种新的消突方法,提高了矿井防突管理水平,使得防突工作更具针对性、超前性和准确性,保证了矿井的安全生产。
Based on the construction technology characteristics of deep hole directional drilling rig,this paper studies the directional drilling technology of screw motor at the bottom of the pneumatic hole in the deep horizontal mining face of Dongpang Mine,and summarizes a set of drilling technology suitable for the coal and rock structure characteristics of the mine and a feasible construction scheme of near horizontal and long distance coal and rock drilling technology.The results show that the directional drilling of gas drainage along the layer constructed by the drilling rig can save 513.42 million yuan compared with the bottom layer drilling.saving construction period by 7.75 months;it reduces the amount of drilling engineering,provides a new method of outburst elimination,improves the management level of mine outburst prevention,makes the outburst prevention work more targeted,advanced and accurate,and ensures the mine.
