摘要
为有效治理松软煤层掘进工作面围岩瓦斯,综合考虑邻近工作面和掘进巷道围岩孔裂隙演化规律,基于定向千米钻机性能,提出采用梳状千米钻孔远距离抽采煤层瓦斯的设计方案。通过理论分析,初步计算出余吾煤矿南二采区煤层覆岩冒落带和裂隙带最高高度分别为30.9 m和80.0 m,掘进巷道应力影响范围为17.09 m。将千米钻孔主孔布置在S2108掘进巷道和邻近工作面裂隙发育的重叠区域的煤层顶板,分支孔主要在煤层中延伸。已施工梳状千米钻孔抽采数据表明,抽采稳定期钻孔平均抽采浓度达50%以上,有效解决了掘进工作面瓦斯超限问题。
For the effectively control of soft coal seam driving face gas, the fractures of the surroundingrock in the adjacent working face and the tunnel are taken into account. Based on the performance ofthe directional kilometer, the design scheme of mining gas from long distance mining with comb ofkilometer drilling is proposed. Through theoretical analysis, the maximum height of the burial zone andthe fissure zone of the coal seam in the second mining area of Yuwu coal mine are 30.9 m and 80.0 mrespectively, and the influence of stress on roadway is 17.09 m. The main hole of the kilometer isarranged in the coal seam roof of the s2108 tunneling roadway and the overlapping area of the adjacentface, and the branch holes extend mainly in the coal seam. The results show that the average pumpingconcentration of the drilling is more than 50%, which effectively solves the problem of gas overrun inthe heading face.
