摘要
针对目前常用的管桩桩尖存在的弊病,推广一种新型的一体化桩尖。通过介绍一体化桩尖的制作过程和一体化桩尖的工程应用案例,分析该技术的优势,解决管桩在施工时现场焊接桩尖质量不容易把控、在硬质土层桩尖穿透力不足和浇筑封底混凝土工序烦琐等常见问题。为提高管桩工程质量,降低施工成本和节约工期提供了一种可参考借鉴的施工技术。
In view of the disadvantages of the commonly used pipe pile tip,a new type of integrated tip is promoted.By introducing the production process of the integrated pile tip and the engineering application case of the integrated pile tip,the advantages of this technology are analyzed,and the problems often encountered in the construction of the pipe pile are solved,such as the quality of the on-site welded pile tip is not easy to control.The penetrating force of the pile tip in the hard soil layer is insufficient and the process of pouring the back cover concrete is cumbersome.In order to improve the quality of the pipe pile project,reduce the construction cost and save the construction period,a reference construction technology is provided.
