摘要
针对煤矿深孔定向钻进缺乏给进力参数的理论指导,影响钻孔轨迹、钻进效率和成孔率,结合理论和实践提出了给进力参数的确定方法。在对钻杆受力过程进行合理假设的基础上,从静力学的角度出发,建立了钻进过程的起拔力、给进力的平衡方程;根据现场实测数据,计算了摩擦阻力系数、最小破岩力参数,最终确定了在不同岩性中钻进的最小给进力方程;最后,对比分析了钻进给进力的理论计算值与现场实测值,验证了给进力参数理论的可行性与合理性。
For the problem that lacking the theoretical guidance of feeding force parameters during deep-hole directional drilling in coal mine affects the borehole trajectory, drilling efficiency and hole forming rate, we propose the determination method of feed force parameter by combining theory and practice. Based on reasonable hypothesis of drill pipe stress process, we establish equilibrium equation of lifting force and feeding force in the drilling process from the perspective of statics. According to the measured data in field, we calculate coefficient of frictional resistance and minimum breaking strength of rock, and determine the minimum feed force equation of drilling in different lithology. At last, through comparing the theoretical calculation value and field measured value of drilling, we prove that the theory of feed force parameter is feasibility and rationality.
