摘要
采用ZYWL-6000DS定向钻机在山东唐口矿施工顶板高位定向长距离钻孔,最大孔深达到了555m。根据"O形圈"理论,通过对比分析不同布孔高度定向长距离钻孔的瓦斯抽采数据及效果,得出布置定向钻孔的最佳高度。对比分析了高位定向长钻孔和顶板穿层普通钻孔的瓦斯抽采效果,证明定向长距离钻孔的抽采效率更高、经济效益更好。随着工作面回采推进,高位定向长钻孔对降低采空区和上隅角瓦斯发挥了一定的作用。定向钻进技术具有在唐口矿区进一步推广应用的价值,可以提高瓦斯治理和探放水效率,促进煤矿安全生产。
ZYWL-6000 DS directional drilling rig was used in the construction roof high-direction long-distance drilling in Shandong Tangkou Mine,the maximum hole depth reached 555 m. According to the theory of'O-ring',the optimum height of the directional drilling is obtained by comparing and analyzing the data and effect of the high-distance drilling with different height. It is proved that the drainage efficiency of directional long distance drilling is higher and the economic benefit is better than that of drilling and drilling. With advancement of the mining face,high directional long drilling has certain effect to reduce the goaf and the upper corner. Directional drilling technology has further application value in Tangkou Mining Area,which can improve the efficiency of gas control and exploration and promote the safe production of coal mines.
