摘要
目的探究案例式情景模拟教学法在检验科实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月该院实习的73名检验科实习生,2021年1月—2022年1月采用案例式情景模拟教学后的为观察组,2020年1—12月案例式情景模拟教学前的为对照组,对比两组实习生的理论与实操成绩、自我评价以及教学满意度。结果教学后,观察组的理论成绩为(91.10±5.65)分、实操成绩为(90.22±5.40)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对于教学的满意度为84.93%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例式情景模拟教学法能够通过更直观、操作性强的教学方式,提高检验科实习生的教学质量,有助于增强实习生对自身能力的认同感,也能提高实习生对教学过程的满意程度,具有较好的应用效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of the case-based situational simulation teaching method in the teaching of interns in the laboratory.Methods Seventy-three clinical laboratory interns were selected from January 2020 to January 2022,the observation group after case scenario simulation teaching from January 2021 to January 2022,and the control group before case scenario simulation teaching from January to December 2020.The theoretical and practical performance,self-evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results After teaching,the theoretical score of the observation group was(91.10±5.65)points and the practical score was(90.22±5.40)points,which were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Theobservation group ofthe satisfaction with teaching reached 84.93%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based situational simulation teaching method can improve the teaching quality of laboratory interns through a more intuitive and operational teaching method.It is helpful to enhance the interns'sense of identity with their own abilities,and also can improve the interns'satisfaction with the teaching process,which has a good application effect.
