摘要
目的 探讨医护一体式情景模拟教学在颌面外科护士中的应用与效果。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年12月温州医科大学附属口腔医院64位颌面外科护士作为研究对象,将其随机分入对照组和观察组,各32位。对照组以常规方式培训,观察组以医护一体式情景模拟教学方式进行培训。评价两组护士培训后常用急救护理操作和应急能力,及其对各自教学方式的满意度。结果 两组护士常用急救护理操作成绩及应急能力评分均较培训前升高(p<0.05),且观察组上述指标及教学模式满意度高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论 医护一体式情景模拟教学可提高颌面外科护士常用急救护理操作成绩、应急能力和教学模式满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of doctor-nurse integrated scenario simulation teaching in nurses of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods A total of 64 nurses of oral and maxillofacial surgery in Hospital of Stomatology Wenzhou Medical University from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=32) and observation group(n=32). The control group was given conventional training, and the observation group was given doctornurse integrated scenario simulation teaching. The two groups of nurses were evaluated for common emergency nursing operation skills, emergency response ability, and satisfaction with the teaching. Results After training, the scores of common emergency nursing operation skills and emergency response ability of both groups increased(p<0.05), and the above scores and satisfaction with the teaching were higher in the observation group(p<0.05). Conclusion Doctor-nurse integrated training combined with scenario simulation teaching can improve the results of common emergency nursing operation, emergency response ability and the satisfaction degree of teaching method.
