摘要
口腔护理学是具有口腔医学专业特点和专科护理技能的一门学科,对医护一体化要求较高。文章对国内外口腔专科护士的培养机制、准入条件、教学或培训内容、资格认证体系、工作现状等进行归纳,分析了我国现阶段口腔专科护士培养和工作中存在的问题,以期为规范和完善我国口腔科护理工作提供依据。提高口腔专科护士的准入条件、重点培养其带教能力将有利于口专科护理人才的培养。
Oral nursing is a subject with professional characteristics of stomatology and specialist nursing skills.And it de?mands for medical integration highly.This paper summarized the training mechanism,access conditions,teaching or training content,qualification certification system,and work status of dental nurses of domestic and abroad.Analyzed problems existing in the training and work of dental nurses in China at this stage.In order to provide a basis for standardizing and perfecting the oral nursing of China.Im?proving the access conditions of dental specialist nurses and focusing on cultivating their teaching ability will be beneficial to the train?ing of oral specialist nursing talents.
