摘要
住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)过程中,很多基层医院面临指导医师带教经验不足,培训重点不明确、考核不规范等问题。作为基层医院,我院有二十余年的外科住培经验。普通外科是外科学的基础,也是外科住培轮转时间最长的科室。为提高普通外科住培质量,本院采取了一些卓有成效的措施,主要包括:强调普通外科在住培中的重要性;提高指导医师的带教能力,增加带教积极性;要求住院医师充分参与科室各项工作,调动工作及学习积极性;开展临床思维及外科基本操作的训练;严格进行各项考核,包括日常考核、出科考核、年度考核等。
In the process of standardized training for residents(hereinafter referred to as “residential training”), many primary hospitals face problems such as lack of experience in guiding physicians, unclear training focus, and irregular assessment. As a primary hospital, our hospital has more than 20 years of experience in general surgery residents standardized training. General surgery department is the basis of surgery, and it is also the department with the longest rotation time. In order to improve the quality of general surgery, we have taken some effective measures including emphasizing the importance of general surgery in residential training, improving the ability of guiding physicians to teach, increasing the enthusiasm of teaching, requiring residents to fully participate in the department work, mobilizing work and study enthusiasm, carrying out training in clinical thinking and basic operation of surgery, and strictly carrying out various assessments, including daily assessment, examination, and annual assessment.
