摘要
目的研究PDCA循环应用于检验科实习生教学的效果。方法选取2011年1月—2019年1月该院检验科接收的实习生50名展开调查。按照随机信封分组法分成两组,各25名。参考组采用传统教学法进行教学,实践组采用PDCA循环法进行教学。对比两组检验科实习生进行带教后的出科成绩、检验工作能力和教学满意度。结果实践组实习生教学后的出科成绩较参考组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践组实习生教学后的检验工作能力较参考组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践组实习生教学后的教学满意度较参考组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对检验科实习生进行临床教学时,采用PDCA循环法进行教学能够丰富实习生的专业理论知识,锻炼实习生的动手操作能力,培养实习生的检验工作能力,提高教学满意度,推荐在为检验科实习生进行教学时使用。
Objective To study the effect of PDCA cycle applied to the teaching of clinical interns.Methods 50 interns received by the laboratory department of the hospital from January 2011 to January 2019 were selected for investigation.According to the random envelope grouping method,they were divided into two groups,25 in each group.The reference group was taught by traditional teaching method,and the practice group was taught by PDCA cycle method.Comparing the two groups of clinical laboratory interns'performance,test work ability and teaching satisfaction after teaching.Results The examination results after teaching of interns in the practice group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the interns in the practice group had better test ability after teaching than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the teaching satisfaction of interns in the practice group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When conducting clinical teaching for clinical laboratory interns,the use of PDCA cycle method for teaching can enrich the professional theoretical knowledge of interns,exercise their hands-on ability,train interns'testing ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.It is recommended to use when teaching clinical interns.
