摘要
目的:观察人附睾蛋白4在卵巢肿瘤患者中的表达水平与卵巢癌预后生存期的相关性研究。方法:将我院(2016年1月—2018年12月)收治确定诊断的64例卵巢癌患者为卵巢癌组,检测卵巢癌患者中人附睾蛋白4的表达水平。根据HE4水平分组。并选取卵巢良性肿物者64例为对照组。统计卵巢癌组与对照组、卵巢癌组不同病理特性中的HE4指标水平,卵巢癌组总生存率、无进展生存率。结果:卵巢癌组HE4指标水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在卵巢癌组中肿瘤分级为C2、肿瘤分期为Ⅲ-Ⅳ期、发生肿瘤转移的患者中HE4表达水平较高(P<0.05)。低表达组OS率、PFS率均明显高于高表达组(P<0.05)。结论:人附睾蛋白4在卵巢癌患者中的表达水平较高,且与卵巢癌预后生存期具有相关性。
Objective:To study the correlation between the expression of epididymal protein 4 and the survival of human ovarian cancer.Methods:64 patients with ovarian cancer diagnosed in our hospital(January 2016 December 2018)were selected as ovarian cancer group,and the expression level of human epididymal protein 4 in patients with ovarian cancer was detected.Group according to HE4 level.64 cases of benign ovarian tumors were selected as the control group.The levels of HE4 indexes in different pathological characteristics of ovarian cancer group,control group and ovarian cancer group,and the overall survival rate and progression free survival rate of ovarian cancer group were counted.Results:the level of HE4 index in ovarian cancer group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In ovarian cancer group,the expression level of HE4 was higher in patients with tumor grade C2,tumor stageⅢ-Ⅳand tumor metastasis(P<0.05).The rates of OS and PFS in low expression group were significantly higher than those in high expression group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the expression level of human epididymal protein 4 is high in patients with ovarian cancer,and is correlated with the prognosis and survival of ovarian cancer.
