摘要
中药三棱具有活血化瘀、破血行气、消积止痛之功效,临床上常用于抗血小板聚集、保护心血管系统、抗肿瘤、抗炎与镇痛及妇科疾病的预防与治疗。主要药效物质基础为黄酮、皂苷、苯丙素、有机酸等化合物。本文整理了近10年三棱的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用,为三棱的进一步合理开发与利用提供参考依据。
Sparganii Rhizoma has been applied in the fields of anti-platelet aggregation,protection of the cardiovascular system,antitumor and anti-inflammatory analgesic,with the effect of promoting blood circulation,eliminating plot food and relieving pain.The complex chemical composition of flavonoids,saponins,phenylpropanoids,volatile oils and organic acids,etc.are the pharmacodynamic material basis.In this article,the chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of Sparganii Rhizoma in the past ten years were systematically collected and summarized.The aim is to provide references for the further development and utilization of Sparganii Rhizoma.
