摘要
舌鳞状细胞癌是最常见的耳鼻喉头颈口腔恶性肿瘤之一,目前以手术治疗为主,并结合放疗、化疗的三连序列综合进行治疗。中医认为恶性肿瘤基本病机为虚、瘀、毒互结,治法多为益气化瘀解毒。基于异病同治、证同治亦同的原则,结合胡革教授数十年中西医治疗舌癌经验,并根据舌癌发病部位、常见伴随症状,归纳总结舌癌的中医治疗,探讨益气化瘀解毒法治疗舌癌术后的作用机制,为临床中医诊疗舌癌术后提供新思路。
Tongue squamous cell carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors of the ear,nose,throat,head and neck and oral cavity.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the basic pathogenesis of malignant tumors is the intertwining of deficiency,stasis and poison,and the treatment method is mostly to replenish qi,remove stasis and detoxify.Based on the principle of treating different diseases and syndromes with the same treatment,combined with Professor Hu Ge’s decades of experience in the treatment of tongue cancer,and according to the location of tongue cancer and common accompanying symptoms,this paper summarized traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tongue cancer,and explored the mechanism of action of replenishing qi,removing stasis and detoxification in the treatment of tongue cancer after surgery,so as to provide new ideas for clinical traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of tongue cancer.
