摘要
恶性肿瘤严重威胁人们的生命健康和生活质量,寻求更有效的治疗措施预防不良反应,提高治疗效果一直以来是医学研究界中热衷的话题。研究表明,慢性炎症是肿瘤发生的潜在因素,有效控制和治疗慢性炎症是预防肿瘤的措施之一。中医药在肿瘤防治中具有独特的优势,联合西医常规治疗亦能发挥减毒增效的作用。该课题组基于与肿瘤发生发展相关的慢性炎症和部分恶性肿瘤的常见基本病机——“虚、瘀、毒”互结,提出益气化瘀解毒法的治疗法则,并对近年来有关益气化瘀解毒法治疗慢性炎症和肿瘤的临床应用及研究进行综述,同时探讨其抑制“炎-癌”转换的可能机制,为临床治疗提供参考。
Neoplasms are a serious threat to people′s life,health and quality of life.Seeking more effective treatment measures to prevent adverse reactions and improve the therapeutic effect has always been a hot topic in the medical research circle. Studies have shown that chronic inflammation is a potential factor of tumorigenesis,and effective control and treatment of chronicinflammation is one of the measures to prevent tumor. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention andtreatment of tumor,and it can also play a role of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency combined with conventional westernmedicine. Based on the common basic pathogenesis of chronic inflammation and some malignant tumors related to the occurrenceand development of tumors—“deficiency,blood stasis and toxicity”,our research group proposed the treatment principle of themethod of supplementing Qi to remove blood stasis and detoxication,and reviewed the clinical application and research of themethod of supplementing Qi to remove blood stasis and detoxication in treating chronic inflammation and tumors in recent years,anddiscussed the possible mechanism of its inhibition of the “inflammation to tumor” conversion,providing reference for clinical treatment.
