摘要
目的 检测食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)组织及癌旁组织中淋巴特异性解旋酶(helicase lymphoid-specific,HELLS)蛋白表达情况,探讨HELLS表达与ESCC临床病理特点的相关性。方法 通过免疫组化方法检测ESCC组织芯片(共47例ESCC组织,其中23例有配对癌旁组织)中HELLS表达情况,并分析其表达与临床病理的关系。结果 HELLS阳性表达主要定位于细胞核,其阳性表达率在ESCC及癌旁组织中差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。HELLS高表达与肿瘤大小有相关性(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤分级及N分期无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 HELLS在ESCC中呈高表达,表达水平与患者肿瘤大小相关。
Objective To detect the expression of helicase lymphoid-specific(HELLS) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC),and to explore the association between HELLS expression level and clinicopathological parameters of ESCC patients.Methods Immunohistochemistry(IHC) was applied to detect the expression of HELLS in ESCC tissues from tissue microarrays(47 ESCC tissues,of which 23 with paired paracancerous esophageal tissues) and relationship between the expression of HELLS and clinical pathology parameters was analyzed.Results The positive cells were mainly expressed in the nucleus.The positive expression rate of HELLS in ESCC tissues was significantly higher than that of paracancerous esophageal tissues(P<0.001).The expression of HELLS in ESCC was associated with tumor size(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in gender,age and N stage(P>0.05).Conclusion HELLS is overexpressed in ESCC and correlated with tumor size.
