摘要
卵巢癌是常见妇科恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁妇女的生命和健康。随着科学技术的不断进步和中华文化的不断发展,新技术和中医中药的有机结合,使作为祖国医学瑰宝的中医中药在治疗卵巢癌方面的应用越来越受到广大临床工作者的重视。现对中医药在卵巢癌治疗中的作用及研究现状进行综述,发现中医药在抗肿瘤、缓解化疗后的不适症状、提高机体免疫力、改善骨髓抑制等方面具有积极作用。中医药治疗卵巢癌的实验研究发现:单味中药或中药复方可以提高卵巢癌细胞对化疗药物的敏感性、抑制卵巢癌细胞的增殖、阻滞细胞周期、诱导其凋亡、有效抑制卵巢癌血管的生成、降低卵巢癌细胞的迁移和侵袭能力。中医药治疗卵巢癌的临床研究发现:中药复方能够降低卵巢癌患者血清中肿瘤标志物的水平、改善患者的临床症状和减少卵巢癌腹水等并发症的发生率,从而进一步提高了卵巢癌患者的临床治疗疗效和生活质量。
Ovarian cancer(OC)is one of the common gynecological malignancies,which seriously threatens women’s life and health.More and more doctors attach great importance to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),a treasure of the motherland’s medicine,in the treatment of OC with the increasing progress of science and technology,development of Chinese culture and the organic combination between new technology and TCM.Through reviewing the effect and research status of TCM in the treatment of OC,it is found that TCM plays a positive role in anti-tumor,relieving the discomfort symptoms after chemotherapy,improving body immunity,improving bone marrow suppression and other aspects.Experimental studies on the treatment of OC with TCM have found that single medicine or TCM compound can increase the sensitivity of OC cells to chemotherapy drugs,inhibit the proliferation,block cells cycle,induce apoptosis,and effectively inhibit the blood vessels of OC and reduce the ability of migration and invasion.Clinical studies on the treatment of OC with TCM have found that TCM compounds can reduce the level of tumor markers in the serum of patients with OC,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications such as OC ascites in order to further improving the clinical treatment efficacy and life quality of OC patients.
