摘要
目的探讨莪术油对大鼠乳腺癌体内抑制作用及机制。方法采用DMBA一次性灌胃的方法,诱导大鼠乳腺癌模型;实验组大鼠腹腔注射莪术油,观察莪术油对肿瘤的抑制效应;TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡。结果莪术油可明显抑制大鼠乳腺癌芽体、实团、乳头状增生和核分裂相的形成(P<0.05);凋亡指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论莪术油能够抑制乳腺癌的生长,可促进乳腺癌细胞凋亡,但不能阻止乳腺癌的发生。
