摘要
目的 :探讨肿瘤血管生成与乳腺癌转移的关系。方法 :采用二甲基苯蒽 (DMBA)诱发的大鼠乳腺癌模型 ,以免疫组织化学染色方法检测肿瘤组织微血管密度 (MVD)及血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达。结果 :转移组原发瘤灶MVD及瘤细胞VEGF表达显著高于非转移组 (分别P <0 .0 0 1和P <0 .0 2 )及良性肿瘤组 (两者均P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :VEGF介导的血管生成在促进乳腺癌转移的过程中可能起重要作用。
Objective: To study the correlation between angiogenesis and metastasis in breast cancer. Methods: The intratumoral microvessel density (MVD) and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were evaluated by immunohistochemical staining in 7,12-dimethylbenz (α ) anthracene-induced breast tumors. Results: It is found that the tumors in metastatic group showed significantly higher MVD and VEGF expression than those in Non-metastatic group ( P<0.001 and P <0.02 respectively) as well as benign tumor group (both P <0.001), and there was clear linear correlation between MVD and VEGF expression (r=0.747 6, P <0.001). Conclusion: VEGF-mediated angiogenesis may play an important role in tumor progression and metastasis in breast cancer.
