摘要
依据《义务教育道德与法治课程标准(2022年版)》,义务教育道德与法治的课程理念主要表现在以下五个方面。在课程功能上,以立德树人为根本任务,发挥课程铸魂育人的思想引领作用;在课程结构上,遵循育人规律和学生成长规律,强化课程一体化设计和课程的整体性;在课程内容上,以社会发展和学生生活为基础,构建综合性课程;在课程实施上,坚持教师价值引导和学生主体建构相统一,建立校内与校外相结合的育人机制;在课程评价上,以核心素养为导向,改进结果评价,强化过程评价,探索增值评价,综合运用多种评价方式,促进知行合一。
According to Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards:Morality and the Rule of Law(2022 Edition),the curriculum concept of morality and the rule of law is mainly reflected in the following five aspects.In terms of the curriculum function,the fundamental tasks are to foster virtue through education,and play a leading role of the curriculum to forge soul and cultivate people.In terms of the curriculum structure,the laws of education and student growth should be followed,and the integrated design of the curriculum and the integrity of the curriculum should be strengthened.In terms of the course content,comprehensive curriculum should be constructed based on social development and students’lives.In terms of the curriculum implementation,the unification of teachers’value guidance and students’main construction should be asserted,and a mechanism for nurturing people inside and outside the school should be established.In terms of the curriculum evaluation,with core competencies as the guide,the outcome evaluation should be improved,the process evaluation be strengthened,the value-added evaluation be explored,and a variety of evaluation methods used to promote the integration of knowledge and action.
