随钻声波测井仪信号接收电路芯片失效分析

摘要 为了确定随钻声波测井仪器信号接收电路芯片焊接后失效原因,采用X射线、电特性测试、电子显微镜等方式对失效芯片进行了检测,并测试了接收换能器产生的异常电压,最终确定芯片失效是因为接收换能器自身产生异常电压能量过高所致。据此提出解决方案,在焊接接收换能器时,将换能器两极及时放电。实际测试表明,该方案简单有效。 In order to determine the failure reason of signal receiving circuit chip of acoustic LWD tool,X-ray device,electrical characteristics tester and electron microscope were used to detect the failed chip,and the abnormal voltage generated by the receiving transducer was tested.It is determined that the chip failure is due to the abnormal voltage energy generated by the receiving transducer itself.Finally,the solution is proposed.When welding the receiving transducer,both sides of the transducer are discharged in time.The actual test shows that the scheme is simple and effective.
