摘要
本文从扫描电镜的原理出发,综述了扫描电镜在发射源、与其他技术的复合等方面的发展,阐述了其在粉末制样上的特点和在聚合物材料领域的应用。
It is discussed first about the principle of the scanning electron microscopy in order to summarize its development on its emission resource,integrating with other techniques. Moreover,it is elaborated in this paper to find out its characteristicof power sample preparation and application in the fields of polymers.
