摘要
食用农产品作为老百姓日常消费的大众快消品,其农药残留、兽药残留风险防控极其重要,而快速检测作为基层监管、农贸市场、超市常用的一种技术手段越来越被寄予厚望。但食用农产品的快速检测问题发现率相比实验室检测较低,存在检不出或检不准的情况。因此,亟需进行食用农产品快速检测应用场景下的全链条技术影响要素分析。本文结合工作实践,从快检人员、产品、操作过程等方面入手,提出了强化快速检测全过程的结果评价和监控措施,从而规范快检使用管理,提升公众信任感。
The risk prevention and control of pesticide residue and veterinary drug residue of edible agricultural products which act as mass fast-moving consumer goods of ordinary people is extremely important.Grass-roots supervision,farmers markets,supermarkets.place great hopes on rapid detection as technological means.However,the author found that the problem detection rate of rapid detection of edible agricultural products was lower than that of laboratory detection which were accompanied by undetected or inaccurate detection.So it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of whole chain technology in the application scenario of rapid detection of edible agricultural products. Combined with work practice, this paper expounded and analyzed the rapid inspection personnel, products and operation process, and put forward the result evaluation and monitoring measures to strengthen the whole process of rapid inspection, so as to standardize the use and management of rapid inspection, and improve the public’s sense of trust.
