摘要
对偶氮甲酰胺(ADC)分解产生呋喃西林代谢物(SEM)的相关性进行了分析研究。采用液相色谱串联质谱法,ESI正离子模式,多反应监测MRM,内标法定量测定SEM的含量。SEM衍生物监测离子对为m/z209/192、209/166(定性离子)、m/z209/166(定量离子),SEM内标衍生物监测离子对为m/z212/168(定性离子)、m/z212/168(定量离子)。定量限为0.5μg/kg,方法的回收率为85%~94%,测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于9.4%(n=5)。
The correlation about azodicarbonamide (ADC) decomposing to semicarbazide(SEM) was researched. The content of SEM was determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, ESI positive ion mode, multiple reaction monitoring MRM, internal standard method.
