摘要
目的:调查河源市农贸市场水产品中影响孔雀石绿快检结果准确性的因素,并对调查结果进行分析,减少水产品孔雀石绿的误判率,提高快检专业技术水平。方法:对快检人员的调查问卷以及现场快检室调查走访和往年快检数据进行汇总分析。结果:快检人员的快检技术能力水平不高,缺乏专业理论知识和细致的实验操作,检测过程操作不够规范,对孔雀石绿检测原理理论知识不足,专业素养待加强。结论:基层监督管理部门需加强对快检的质量监督与评价,需加强快检人员的专业知识培训和实操培训。
Objective:To investigate the factors affecting the accuracy of malachite green rapid detection results in aquatic products in Heyuan farmers’market,and to analyze the investigation results,so as to reduce the misjudgment rate of malachite green in aquatic products and improve the professional technical level of rapid detection.Method:The questionnaire of quick inspection personnel,the on-site quick inspection room survey and the data of previous years were summarized and analyzed.Result:The rapid inspection personnel’s rapid inspection technical ability level is not high,lack of professional theoretical knowledge and detailed experimental operation,the detection process operation is not standard,the theoretical knowledge of malachite green detection principle is insufficient,professional quality needs to be strengthened.Conclusion:The basic supervision and management departments need to strengthen the quality supervision and evaluation of quick inspection,and the professional knowledge training and practical operation training of quick inspection personnel need to be strengthened.
