摘要
诺氟沙星(Norfloxacin)作为喹诺酮类抗生素,在禽类治疗方面被广泛使用。但是过量的使用会导致禽类抗生素残留量超标,进而危害人类的身体健康。使用表面增强拉曼光谱(Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy,SERS)作为检测方法,采用柠檬酸钠还原制备金纳米颗粒作为SERS基底,将金纳米颗粒基底与诺氟沙星羽毛加标溶液混合,在由湿到干的过程中检测诺氟沙星的SERS信号,检测限可达10^(-5)mol/L。结果表明SERS技术对羽毛中诺氟沙星的检测具有较高的灵敏性,为禽类羽毛残留的诺氟沙星的检测提供了一种新的思路。
Norfloxacin,as a quinolone antibiotic,is widely used in the treatment of poultry.However,excessive use of antibiotics can lead to excessive antibiotic residue levels in poultry,thereby endangering human health.Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)was used as the detection method.Gold nanoparticles were prepared by sodium citrate reduction as the SERS substrate.The gold nanoparticle substrate was mixed with norfloxacin feather labeling solution,and the SERS signal of norfloxacin was detected during the process of the wet to the dry,the detection limit up to 10^(-5)mol/L.The results indicate that SERS technology has high sensitivity in detecting norfloxacin in feathers,and provide a new approach for the detection of residual norfloxacin in poultry feathers.
