承德市双桥区餐饮服务食品安全监管现状及策略分析

摘要 服务业是我国第三产业,餐饮业是服务业中主要的行业组成部分,在刺激消费、增加就业、扩大内需、休闲娱乐及大力弘扬中华民族饮食文化等模块中发挥着重要作用。根据当前国家市场监督管理总局对餐饮业的要求,行业健康发展和社会和谐稳定是重要前提,饮食安全是人们正常生活的基本要求。目前承德市餐饮业产业链中仍存在一定的安全隐患,包括无证经营现象突出、监管范围广、基层监管人员不足及工作量大等问题。本文针对存在的问题提出相应的建议,为政府部门加强餐饮食品安全监管工作、改善餐饮食品安全现状提供参考。 Service industry is China’s tertiary industry,and catering industry is the main part of the service industry.It plays an important role in stimulating consumption,increasing employment,expanding domestic demand,leisure and entertainment and vigorously carrying forward the Chinese national food culture.According to the current requirements of the state administration of market supervision on the catering industry,the healthy development of the industry and social harmony and stability are important prerequisites,and food safety is the basic requirement of people’s normal life.At present,there are still some potential safety hazards in the catering industry chain of chengde city,including prominent unlicensed operation,wide supervision scope,insufficient grass-roots supervisors and heavy workload.This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the existing problems,so as to provide reference for government departments to strengthen the supervision of catering food safety and improve the current situation of catering food safety.
