摘要
目的:探讨国产与进口雌激素软膏治疗绝经后妇女萎缩性阴道炎效果及对阴道微环境、血清性激素水平的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月本院治疗的绝经后妇女萎缩性阴道炎患者153例,根据治疗药物的不同分为国产组(n=78)与进口组(n=75),分别给予国产雌激素软膏或进口雌激素软膏治疗,观察比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后阴道炎症评分、阴道分泌物炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平、阴道微环境异常率以及血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平,治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗后阴道炎症评分(1.90±0.88分、1.92±0.90分)及阴道分泌物TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前(6.69±1.02分、6.66±1.00分),生活质量评分及血清FSH、E_(2)水平均高于治疗前(均P<0.05),但两组间各指标均无差异(P>0.05)。治疗期间,药物相关不良反应发生率国产组(7.7%)与对照组(2.7%)无差异(P>0.05)。结论:国产与进口雌激素软膏治疗绝经后妇女萎缩性阴道炎疗效相当,均可改善患者阴道炎症情况、血清性激素水平和阴道微环境,且未增加不良反应。
Objective:To explore the effect of domestic or imported estrogen ointments for treating postmenopausal women with atrophic vaginitis,and to study their influences on the vaginal conditions and serum sex hormones levels of the postmenopausal women.Methods:A total of 153postmenopausal women with atrophic vaginitis were enrolled in this study between June 2019and June 2020.According to different medication methods,these women were divided into study group(78women were given domestic estrogen ointment)and control group(75women were given imported estrogen ointment).The clinical curative effect after treatment of the women was observed and compared between the two groups.The scores of vaginal inflammation,the levels of inflammatory factors in vaginal secretions,such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6),the abnormal rate of vaginal micro-environment,and the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E_(2))before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the women during treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The vaginal inflammation score of the women in group A(1.90±0.88points)or in group B(1.92±0.90points)after treatment was significantly lower than that(6.69±1.02points or 6.66±1.00points)of the women before treatment,and the levels of TNF-αand IL-6in vaginal secretions of the women in group A and B after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the quality of life score and the serum FSH and E_(2)levels of the women in group A and B after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),but which of the women all had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions(7.7%vs.2.7%)of the women between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of domestic and imported estrogen ointments for treating the postmenopausal women with atrophic vaginitis
