摘要
目的探讨绝经后女性血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平与压力性尿失禁(SUI)的相关性。方法选取2018年5月至2021年5月在嘉兴市妇幼保健院就诊的绝经后女性SUI患者90例(SUI组),根据SUI严重程度将其分为轻、中、重度组,每组各30例,并选取同期因宫颈上皮内瘤变、女性盆腔炎、宫内节育器嵌顿就诊且既往无SUI病史的绝经后女性患者90例作为对照组。收集入组患者的临床资料,采用ELISA法检测血清FSH及LH水平,并计算FSH/LH值。结果与对照组比较,SUI组孕次、产次、BMI均明显升高(均P<0.05),但不同程度SUI组间孕次、产次、BMI差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。SUI组血清FSH水平高于对照组,重度SUI组血清FSH水平高于轻、中度SUI组(均P<0.05),但轻、中度SUI组间血清FSH水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);各组间血清LH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SUI组血清FSH水平与孕次、产次、BMI及血清LH水平均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论血清FSH水平、孕次、产次及BMI与绝经后女性SUI的发病呈正相关,且血清FSH水平可能与绝经后SUI严重程度有关。
Objective To explore the correlation of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels with stress urinary incontinence(SUI)in postmenopausal women.Methods Ninety patients with postmenopausal SUI who received treatment in Jiaxing Maternity and Child Health Hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were enrolled,patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups(n=30 in each group)according to the severity of SUI.Ninety postmenopausal patients who visited hospital for various conditions but had no SUI were selected as control group.The serum levels of FSH and LH were measured by ELISA.Results Compared with the control group,SUI patients had higher BMI,gravidity and parity,while there were no significant differences in BMI,gravidity and parity among patients with mild,moderate and severe SUI.FSH level in patients with SUI was higher than that in the control group.FSH level in the severe SUI group was higher than that in the mild and moderate SUI groups,however,there was no significance between mild and moderate groups.There was no significant difference in LH levels between SUI patients and control group.FSH level in the total SUI group was positively correlated with BMI,gravidity,parity and LH level.Conclusion Serum FSH level,BMI,gravidity and parity are associated with SUI in postmenopausal women,while FSH level is correlated with the severity of SUI in postmenopausal women.
