摘要
目的:观察阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合雌激素片治疗老年性阴道炎患者的效果。方法:选取2021年9月至2022年9月本院收治的120例老年性阴道炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各60例。对照组给予口服雌激素片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,比较两组疗效、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)]水平、阴道pH值、阴道清洁度和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清PCT、IL-6水平及阴道pH值均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组阴道清洁度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合雌激素片治疗老年性阴道炎患者可提高治疗总有效率、阴道清洁度,降低血清炎性因子水平和阴道pH值,效果优于单纯雌激素片治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of live Lactobacillus capsule for vagina use combined with Estrogen tablets in treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 120 patients with senile vaginitis admitted to this hospital from September 2021 to September 2022.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Estrogen tablets,while the study group was treated with live Lactobacillus capsule for vagina use on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,the serum inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)],the vaginal pH value,the vaginal cleanliness,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum PCT,IL-6 and vaginal pH in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the vaginal cleanliness of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusions:Live Lactobacillus capsule for vagina combined with Estrogen tablets in the treatment of senile vaginitis can improve the total effective rate of treatment,the vaginal cleanliness and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and the vaginal pH value.Moreover,it is superior to single Estrogen tablets treatment.
