摘要
目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合克霉唑治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果及安全性。方法随机选择我院妇科于2017年7月-2018年12月收治的102例复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者作为研究对象,共分为两组:单一克霉唑组和乳酸菌阴道胶囊与克霉唑联合组,每组各有51例患者,单一克霉唑组仅予以克霉唑阴道片治疗,而乳酸菌阴道胶囊与克霉唑联合组同时予以克霉唑及乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。比较两组患者症状好转率、临床治愈率、复发率和不良反应发生率。结果乳酸菌阴道胶囊与克霉唑联合组的症状好转率、临床治愈率高于单一克霉唑组,其疾病复发率低于单一克霉唑组(均P<0.05),而两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合克霉唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果优于单一克霉唑组,并且两组患者不良反应发生率相当,即用药安全性相当,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of lactobacillus vaginal capsule combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC). Methods One hundred and two patients with recurrent VVC treated in the Department of Gynaecology of our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the clotriamzole group or the combination group,51 patients in each group.The patients in the clotrimazole group were treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets alone,while those in the combination group were treated with clotrimazole and lactobacillus vaginal capsules.The improvement rate,clinical cure rate,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement rate and clinical cure rate in the combination group were higher,while the recurrence rate was lower than those in the clotrimazole group,respectively(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of VVC was better than that of clotrimazole alone,with similar safety.
