摘要
目的 分析宁泌泰联合乙蔗酚治疗泌尿系统感染合并老年性阴道炎的临床效果,旨在为疾病临床治疗提供可靠参考依据。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月—2022年12月滕州市中医医院收治的泌尿系统感染合并老年性阴道炎患者62例临床资料。依据治疗方案不同分为两组。将单独使用乙蔗酚片治疗患者30例纳入A组,将选择联合用药方案(宁泌泰+乙蔗酚片)治疗患者32例纳入B组,对比不同用药方案治疗效果、药物相关不良反应情况、疾病远期控制效果。结果 A组治疗总有效率为76.67%,B组治疗总有效率为96.88%,B组明显较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.972,P<0.05);治疗后3月内,在疾病复发率上,B组相对较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比于A组,B组症状改善时间较短,B组治疗后雌二醇水平较高,促黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对泌尿系统感染合并发生老年性阴道炎,临床治疗时选择宁泌泰联合乙蔗酚片,有助于改善女性激素水平,尽快改善疾病相关临床症状,保证疾病治疗效果,降低疾病复发率,且用药安全性有保证。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Ningmitai combined with Agostilben in the treatment of urinary system infection complicated with senile vaginitis,in order to provide a reliable reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods Clinical data of 62 patients with urinary system infection combined with senile vaginitis admitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment regimen.30 patients treated with Agostilben tablets alone were included in group A,and thirty-two patients treated with the combination regimen(Ningmitai+Agostilben tablets)were included in group B.The therapeutic effects,drug-related adverse reactions and long-term disease control effects of different drug regimens were compared.Results The total effective rate was 76.67%in group A and 96.88%in group B,the group B was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.972,P<0.05).Within 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the disease in group B was relatively low,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the improvement time of symptoms in group B was shorter,and the level of estradiol after treatment in group B was higher,and the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For senile vaginitis associated with urinary system infection,Ningmitai combined with Agostilben tablets in clinical treatment can help improve female hormone levels,improve disease-related clinical symptoms as soon as possible,ensure disease treatment effect,reduce disease recurrence rate,and ensure drug safety.
