付国兵教授对于“四个层次”讲课法的提出与剖析

摘要付国兵教授为推拿界知名专家,在推拿教学及临床工作中有自己深切的体会,并在养生保健科普宣传方面作出了巨大贡献。付教授在教学工作和科普宣讲过程中也善于思考和总结,经过多年的教学及科普宣讲,积累了丰富的讲课经验,总结出“四个层次”讲课法,即“念、背、讲、演”,并提出讲课方法所需要达到的最高层次--“演”。此外,付教授认为一名优秀的教师除了需要掌握正确的讲课方法外,还应具备端正的讲课态度、丰厚的知识体系、卓越的讲课能力和良好的心理素质等四个方面的能力。付教授还归纳出教师可以通过打造语言魅力、设置讲课情境和强化模拟实践三个方面来逐步提高讲课层次,最终达到“演”的讲课层次,从而达到讲课的真正目的,提高课堂的质量和效果。 Professor FU Guobing is a well-known expert in the field of massage,and has deep experience in massage teaching and clinical work.Also he has made great contributions to the popularization of health care.Professor Fu is also good at thinking and summarizing in the process of teaching and popularizing health care,and has accumulated rich teaching experience,summed up the teaching method named"four levels",include"reading,recitation,speaking and performance",and put forward the highest level of teaching method-"performance".Besides,Professor Fu thinks that an excellent teacher should not only master the correct teaching methods,but also have four kinds of abilities,include correct attitude,rich knowledge system,excellent teaching ability and good psychological quality.To reach the level of“performance”,Professor Fu also concludes that the teaching level can be improved by creating language charm,setting teaching situation and strengthening simulation practice.So teachers can achieve the real purpose of teaching and improve the quality and effect of classroom.
