“停课不停教”线上教学调查:基于浙苏鲁豫四省的数据 被引量:28

An Online Teaching Survey under the Background of“Classes Suspended but Teaching Continues”Based on Data from Four Provinces

摘要 在全国推行"停课不停教"的背景下,本研究从教学认识、教学实践、教学体验、教学支持四个方面编制了"中小学教师线上教学调查问卷",并利用问卷星平台开展大规模网络调查。调查对来自浙江、江苏、山东、河南四省的14348份有效样本进行了统计分析,结果发现:第一,教师根据自我认知努力实践线上教学;第二,教师付出比线下教学更长的工作时间,但教学效果一般;第三,教师主要遭遇来自网络与学生学习的困难,期望改进学生学习;第四,教师获得学校活动与制度方面的充分支持,对教学产生了一定促进作用。基于此,提出了实施基于学习资源包的超时空个性化教学、提升教师运用技术服务学生学习的素养、加强线上教学与线下课堂之间的协同互促三方面建议。 Under the background of“classes suspended but teachingcontinues”,an online instruction survey was carried out on teacher from four aspects of teaching knowledge,teaching practice,teaching experience and teaching support.14348 effective samples from Shandong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Henan provinces were collected and statistically analyzed.The results showed that teachers try to practice online instruction according to their self-awareness and pay longer working hours than offline instruction,but the teaching effect is not so good,and teachers mainly encounter difficulties from the network and students'learning,and obtain support from activities and systems,which promotes teaching.This paper puts forward some suggestions:to implement the personalized teaching based on learning resource package,to improve the quality of teachers using technology to support students'learning,and to strengthen the coordination and mutual promotion between online instruction and offline classroom.
