摘要
薰衣草为唇形科植物薰衣草Lavandula angustifolia Mill.干燥地上部分,在欧洲、中国、澳大利亚均分布广泛,其主要成分为芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟醇、桉叶脑等挥发性成分,具有抑菌、抗炎、治疗神经系统疾病等药理作用,可作为治疗抑郁症、阿尔茨海默病和神经痛的药物。文章通过对薰衣草化学成分、药理作用、作用机制、临床应用等相关文献进行综述,以期为薰衣草在临床用药、制剂、生活用品生产等方面提供参考。
Lavender is a dry aerial part of Labiatae lavender Lavandula angustifolia Mill., which is widely distributed in Europe, China and Australia, the main ingredients of linalool, linalyl volatile components, such as alcohol, eucalyptus brain has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, treatment of nervous system diseases, such as pharmacological effects, can be used as a treatment of depression, Alzheimer’s disease and neuropathic pain medications. In this paper, the chemical composition, pharmacological action, mechanism of action and clinical application of Lavender were reviewed, in order to provide reference for the production of lavender in clinical medicine, preparation and daily necessities.
