摘要
通过研究以库拉索芦荟花处理Mela Kutis^(■)3D黑素皮肤模型后,与50 m J/cm^(2)UVB刺激组相比,模型的L^(*)值、黑色素含量与表观色度检测结果,评估库拉索芦荟花提取物的美白功效。研究结果发现,与UVB刺激组相比,用库拉索芦荟花提取物处理模型后,样本表观色度均有所变白,L^(*)值均极显著提升(P<0.01),黑色素含量均极显著降低(P<0.01),从表观色度、L^(*)值和黑色素含量角度可以得出,库拉索芦荟花提取物表现出较好的美白功效。
After observing and studying the melanin model of Mela Kutis^(■)3D treated with Aloe vera flower extract,compared with 50 mJ/cm^(2)UVB stimulation group,L^(*)value,content of melanin and apparent chromaticity detecting results were used to measure the whitening effect of aloe vera flower extract.The results showed that compared with the UVB stimulation group,the apparent chromaticity of the model treated with Aloe vera flower extract turned white,the L^(*)value was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the content of melanin was significantly reduced(P<0.01).From the perspective of the apparent chromaticity,L^(*)value and the content of melanin,the Aloe vera flower extract showed better whitening effect.
